Colorful Pasta with Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 2 Boxes Tricolor Pasta, cooked according to package instructions
  • 4 Chicken Breast Cutlets
  • Olive Oil
  • Red, Yellow and Orange Bell Peppers, sliced
  • 3 Zucchinis, sliced into half-circles
  • 1 Jar Tuscanini® Napoletana Tomato Sauce

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan. Add chicken cutlets, tomato sauce and vegetables. Cook covered until chicken is done.
  2. Break up chicken into smaller pieces.
  3. Toss chicken mixture with pasta.
