IN THE PARSHA

At the end of the פרשה we learn that after telling בני ישראל how to prepare for מתן תורה, when Hashem would speak directly to them, Moshe _______ ד' דִבְרֵי אֵת כָּל – “all the words of Hashem”.

רש"י quotes the words הֶׁשמ בֹּתְכ יַו, and explains:

בְרֵאשִית וְעַד מַתַן תוֹרָּה, וְכָּתַב מִצְווֹת שֶׁנִצְטַוּוּ בְמָּרָּה.

He wrote from the beginning of _________ until the giving of the Torah. And he also wrote the מצוות that they were commanded in מרה.
