Rav Henoch of Alexsander ZY"A said, a person must steadily be BiSimchoh (Happiness). Even though it is not possible to be steadily in this Madreigoh (height) always. Nevertheless, one should always be happy, since Atzvus (sadness) is surely pure falseness.
