Sefer Raziel Hamalach - Collection of mystical and cosmological works. Dates back to 13th century; first printed in 1701 in Amsterdam. The Zohar says it contains secrets revealed to Adam HaRishon by the angel Raziel. Many believe it was written in late 12th century by Rabbi Eliezer ben Yehuda of Germaiza (Worms).
