Mix 500g ground turkey, 500g ground beef, ¼ cup chickpea flour, Ras el Hanout, and a shredded onion (optional) for extra flavor. Add an egg (though it makes rolling tricky). Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes. Serve with your favorite sauce!
