Cooking Tip of the Week – Pumpkin Spice Blend

Pumpkin spice blend is easy and adds a lot of flavor to cakes, breads, butternut squash, smoothies and yogurt. Mix together 3 tbl ground cinnamon, 2 tsp ground ginger, 1 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg, 1 tsp ground cloves, 1 tsp ground allspice and a pinch of black pepper. Pour into glass containers with a secure cover. It can last 1-2 years, makes a nice gift and a great addition to your cooking.
