Ingredients:
- Ground Beef
- Onion, diced
- Salt to taste
- Fat-Free Tomato Sauce
Instructions:
Mash ground beef with diced onion. Form into balls. Cook in water. Remove meatballs from water and cook in tomato sauce. Cooking first in water lets the fat drain into the water. It’s healthier and also prevents having unappetizing congealed fat when kept in the refrigerator (good for serving on Shabbos day).
