Question

I have a whole list of things that I am scared of...any advice?

Answer:

Lo hayu d'varim m'olam! Take that list and throw it in the garbage! I can tell with my ruach hakodesh that you are absolutely fine, with nothing to worry about whatsoever. Don't listen to all those voices (inside or out) trying to convince you that you are no good with all sorts of issues and problems. It's all a lie! You are 100% perfect! You are here in this world to help others, but your own tikun was completed a long time ago (Rebbi Chaim Kanievsky z"l said such a thing on himself, and this is by the way why it is so recommended to get involved in zikui harabim and public outreach, for this is a number-one "elixir of life").

Do you know how many people get sick (or worse chas v'shalom), both spiritually and physically, because they "believe" those negative voices (inside or out) saying that they are no good and that they have issue XYZ? Watch out! B'derech she'adam rotze leileich ba molichin oso, "the way man wants to go, they bring him there." Of course, Hashem is the only one running the world, and all results are only in His Hands—but our job is to brainwash ourselves with as much positivity as possible, and to drown ourselves with simcha (joy). It is mitzva number-one—be a happy yid! And for so many of us, it is "breaking middos" number-one—the very air we breathe is often so full of depression and anxiety, so our job is to go to the opposite extreme—so crank up the yiddishe music and have a blast!
