Nut Crunch: Mix 2-3 cups mixed nuts and 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds and craisins. Spread baking paper on flat pan and preheat oven to 100 c. Mix 1-2 eggs and 2 tbls agave, maple syrup or silan. Spread the mixture and bake for an hour (or more). Cool in oven and then crunch into bite size pieces.
