Berachos 58a: Rabbi Shila said that since a miracle was performed for me, using the following verse so he proceeded to expound on this verse. (The interpretation of this verse inspired the non-Jewish officials to grant him the right to administrate the law.) This right saved Rabbi Shila since he was able to kill another person who was attempting to tattle to the government about Rabbi Shila which would have resulted in his death. Thus, the awarding of this right saved the life of Rabbi Shila, and he regarded it as a miracle)

In the developing stage in the time of Moshiach, these nations will launch an attack. Their annihilation by HaShem will manifest His Kingship.וְּאָמַרְּ תָ כֹה אָמַר אֲ_דנָי ה' הִנְּנִי אֵלֶיךָ גוֹג נְּשִיא רֹאשׁ מֶשֶׁךְ וְּתֻבָל (יחזקל לח, ג)לְכֹל לְרֹאשThis teaches that all leaders even a supervisor of irrigation is appointed from Heaven.
