“Eleven days from Chorev, by way of Mount Seir to Kadesh Barnea,” (Devarim 1:2)
Rashi explains that G-d miraculously transported the Jewish people from Chorev to Kadesh Barnea in three days, a journey that would take eleven days minimally; however, “because you sinned, He made you travel around Mount Seir for forty years.”
HaShem commanded the Jews to only 42 marches in the forty years in the desert (Rashi Bemidbar 33:1).
There were 11 marches from leaving Ramses (Pesach 2448) till arriving at Chorev (Mt. Sinai) on Rosh Chodesh Sivan 2448 (42 or 43 days)
The Jews stayed at Chorev till the 20th of Iyar 2449.

Miraculously, they covered the three-day journey to Kivros-Hata’avah in one day arriving on the eve of the 21st of Iyar. They remained there for 30 days of the meat falling.
The Jews then departed on the morning of the 21st of Sivan, and arrived in Chatzairos that evening the eve of the 22nd of Sivan. The next day Miriam “slandered” Moshe and was quarantined for seven days until the morning of the 28th of Sivan, in which the Jews remained in Chatzairos).
They left immediately on the 28th of Sivan, and arrived in Rishmah, also known as Kadesh Barnea (the spies were sent out the next day the 29th of Sivan, the beginning of their 40-day mission).
Thus, the Jews completed the usual 11-days journey from Chorev to Kadesh Barnea miraculously in three separate (not consecutive) days: the 20th of Iyar, the 21st of Sivan and the 28th of Sivan.
