Hashem Has All the Middos Besides One

Sefer Toldos Yaakov Yosef explains the Gemara that says that everything is in the hands of Shomayim except for yiras Shomayim by saying that this means that Hashem contains every middah, such as ahavah, rachmanus, patience, etc., and one must try to emulate Him in acquiring all of these middos. The only exception is “yiras Shomayim”, which is a middah that is not relevant to Hashem. Thus, Chazal are saying that every middah is found by Hashem except for yiras Shomayim.
