A grandson of Rav Leib Saras zy”a once visited the Kotzker Rebbe zy”a, and the Rebbe asked him to repeat a devar Torah from his grandfather. He related that his grandfather explained this pasuk to mean that when Yidden become wealthy, they reach a level of “ram levavam” (their hearts become uplifted). They then are able to come to the level of “v’shachachti”, which he translated to mean “having a constant relationship” (shechichim) with Hashem. Since they don’t have to worry about parnassah, they are able to spend their time drawing close to Hashem.
