Pickling spice: In a glass jar add 2 tbl whole mustard seeds, 1 tbl pilpel angli, 2 tsp whole coriander seeds and 1 tsp red pepper flakes. Shake to mix. Add fresh ground ginger and shake again. Sprinkle 2 crushed bay leaves and add 2 cinnamon sticks broken in half. Seal and shake. Easily lasts a month.
