Out of eggs? There are good alternatives to use in baking. One is to substitute 1/4 cup seltzer for every large egg. Another is to substitute 2 tbls water, 2 tsp baking powder and 1 tsp vegetable oil for a large egg. 1/4 cup apple sauce or banana can also work. For egg whites use aquafaba which is the cooking liquid in a can of chick peas.
