Easy Dip for Shabbat:
In a blender cup, combine 3–4 garlic cloves, 1/2 tsp salt, 2–3 chili peppers, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1 jar chopped roasted peppers (drained), 2 Tbsp olive oil, and 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar. Blend until smooth. Adjust spices to taste—salt optional. Enjoy!
