The Main Healing

The main healing (in addition to healing in its simple sense) is healing the exile, that by adding the letter Alef, representing the “Alufo Shel Olam” (Master of the world), to the word for exile, we transform it into the word for Redemption, the Redemption of all the Jewish People in the true and complete Redemption literally immediately.
