The Lights of Chanukah and the Illumination of Darkness

DALED The above can all be connected with that which is written in 'Torah Ohr' in the Maamorim for the festival of 'Chanukah', that the concept of the lights of Chanukah is akin to that which is written וַה׳ יַגִיהַ חָּשְכִי 'And HaShem illuminates my darkness'.

Meaning, that in order to illuminate the darkness there is a requirement for a greater spiritual Divine revelation for that is what is written ‘And’ Hashem, (illuminates my darkness) with the additional letter 'VoV' meaning 'and' alluding to a second aspect of the name 'Havaye' which is beyond the 'Seder Hishtalshelus' that because of its greatness – it has the ability to ‘shine away’ the darkness.
