The Maala of People Who Struggle

Bitachon Weekly | June 27, 2025

In this weeks’ Haftorah, notice how the wife of Manoach isn’t mentioned, even though she appears much more Chashuv than him [she is always teaching him, and the Malach repeatedly appears only to her, not to him]. We can suggest that his name is mentioned for this very reason, since he had many more struggles. We see clearly the Ma'ala of lower people who struggle vs. higher Tzaddikim who don’t need to struggle as much.

This is the phenomenal lesson of: Aderaba! and V'nahapoch Hu! Look how our holy Torah is loaded with all kinds of encouragement for all kinds of issues, like Rus HaMoavi'a and Dovid the Admoni, etc. So many variations of all kinds of “zeros” becoming the top-top. A Yid always looks for the Aderaba approach, and Hashem helps him [since he has Bitachon in Him] to do all kinds of “impossible” things. Never, ever, look down at yourself; and never, ever give up hope!
