The posuk tells us (39:32):

("And all the work of the mishkan was completed, and the Bnei Yisrael did all that Hashem had told for Moshe for them to do.")

Asks the Heilige Ohr haChaim haKadosh: What does this mean that the Bnei Yisrael did all that they were supposed to do for the Mishka? Wasn't it just Betzalel and the "experts" that worked on it? What does it mean that "everybody" made the Mishkan?

Says the Ohr haChaim haKadosh: The posuk is teaching us a major lesson, that Klal Yisrael is one big group, and each person has his own role. Cohanim, Leviim, Yisraelim, men, ladies, etc. And the same for each individual: each person has their own job.

How do we know what our job is? Very simple: do whatever works for you, whatever brings you more menuchas hanefesh and simchas hachaim (calmness and joy) with a healthier connection to Hashem. And stick to it, and don't be put off from any jealous "troublemakers" that may make fun of you because of their "history" that may make it hard for them to appreciate the greatness of Hashem and His devoted followers. Don't make other peoples' problems your problems! (Unless you have a positive way to inspire and be m'krareiv them). But number one: keep speaking positive, and watch the miracles start flying.
