Refreshing on a hot day. Cut 500 grams of watermelon in small slabs and top with fresh goat cheese rounds, approximately 180 grams. Mix 2 tbsp orange juice, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 3 tbsp olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle dressing on the watermelon and cheese just before serving.
