The question is asked in Pirkei Drebbi Eliezer why does it say twice in the pasuk, בדמיך חיי, in your blood you shall live. The answer given is that Hashem says in the merit of the dam mila (blood of bris mila) and dam pesach (the blood of the Karbon Pesach) I redeemed you from Mitzrayim and in its merit you will be redeemed in the future. One בדמיך חיי refers to being redeemed from Mitzrayim and the other בדמיך חיי refers to the redemption in the future.
R' Chaim Falagi is bothered by this as what does it mean by a Korbon Pesach before the redemption before Moshiach comes? We have no Parah Aduma ashes or Beis Hamikdash so there will not be a Korbon Pesach prior to Moshiach.
He explains that it refers to the karbonos of the Jewish people who were killed Pesach time as a result of blood libels. In this sense, their tragic deaths are counted in Heaven as offerings before Hashem.
