Supervision of a Posek

When performing hag'alah or libun in a public facility, one must make sure it is under the supervision of someone who can pasken in hag'alah matters, as there are many utensils that cannot be kashered through hag'alah, and these halachos are complicated (מ"ב סי' תנב סק"ח ). Often in Eretz Yisrael, bochurim arrange kashering stations on the streets without any supervision which can cause many potential issues.
