Cooking Tip of the Week

Sweet Potato/Zucchini Kugel:
In a food processor grate 2 sweet potatoes and 2 peeled zucchinis. In a separate bowl mix 4 eggs, 1/2 cup almond milk, cinnamon according to taste and 1/2 cup agave syrup. Add 1 cup spelt flour and 1 tsp baking powder. Mix it all together and add 1/4 cup oil. Bake at 180 c for 45 min. I made it into two rectangular kugels, one for me and one for a friend.
