A Ratzon for Hashem No Matter What

However, an arrogant person who doesn’t connect to tzaddikim won’t be willing to rely on the radiance of past experiences and be happy in every situation, since he will want to feel the same inspiration at this moment as well. Therefore, in order to receive the strength to follow our previous illumination, we need to attach ourselves to the tzaddikim who instill in us the ratzon to serve Hashem no matter what we’re going through, even when we don’t have any light. Through this, we can “sweeten” the times when we fall into constricted awareness and we can get back to a higher level of daas.
