Ingredients:
- Sardines (preferably boneless and skinless, packed in olive oil)
- Tomato Sauce
- Salt and Hot Red Pepper Flakes to taste
- Tahini mixed with water
- Minced Garlic from a jar (optional)
Instructions:
Mash sardines. Add salt, hot red pepper flakes and garlic (if using). Mix in tomato sauce and a tahini. Mixture should be creamy and light pink-orange in color. Delicious with corn chips or bread.
