Cooking Tip of the Week Orange Spaghetti Squash

Orange Spaghetti Squash: An easy way to prepare is to slice in half (long way) and place on a cookie sheet (or metal pan) covered in baking paper. Scoop out the center and coat inside and outside with olive oil. Bake at 180C cut side down for one hour. Cool. Scrape out the flesh and mix with pomegranate seeds (and cinnamon and maple for extra sweetness). Serve warm or room temperature.
