Monday Night, Adar 13/March 2
The order of Ma’ariv is as follows:
- Ma’ariv up to the Amidah and then Kadish Titkabel.
- Megillah reading
- Ve’atah kadosh, Kadish shalem without Titkabel and Aleinu.
If one did not say Kidush Levana (the blessing on the new moon), one may do so on this night. The latest time to say the blessing this month in Miami Beach is Tuesday, March. 3, 8:50 pm and 12 chalakim.
Ve’al HaNissim
During Purim, one should say Ve’al HaNissim in the Amidah and in the Grace after Meals (the bentshing). If one forgot to say it, one need not repeat the Amidah or the Grace after Meals. However, one should make sure to recite it in the Grace after Meals as some say that Ve’al Hanissim is essential in that blessing.
