The Baal Teshuvah’s avodah is to continually rise by doing Teshuvah, a level of using one’s blessing on one’s own. G-d’s blessing is to give and give again; such a blessing is that a person can also rise to a level where one can make use of the blessing on one’s own, thus, gaining again.
