Pumpkin Cake: When fresh ingredients aren’t available this cake is great. Preheat oven to 160 C. Mix 3 cups flour, 2 tsp cinnamon, 1.5 tsp baking soda, 1.5 tsp nutmeg, 1 tsp allspice, 3/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1 cup sunflower seed oil, 2.5 c sugar, 3 eggs, vanilla, and 1 can pumpkin. Bake for 50 minutes. Cool in the oven. You can also make a glaze.
