And Eisov was a man of capture. [25:27]

And Eisov was a man who knew to capture, a man of the field. (25:27) It says by Eisov twice "Eish", to teach that Eisov put all of his humanity into materialism, tzaid and sodoh - capturing and fields.
And remain with him for a short time (27:44) It seems to me to hint on the Kedushoh (holiness) of Shabbos. As in the Zechus (merit) of Shabbos Klall Yisroel is redeemed. As Moshe Rabbeinu took Klall Yisroel out of Mitzrayim (Egypt) with the idea to Paroh that they will work better with resting on one day which is Shabbos, as is explained in the Medrash, etc.

The Great Rebbe of Kotzk ZY”A once met a childhood friend in front of his great estate, as the Kotzker passed by in a simple wagon. The childhood friend exclaimed "Rebbe look at my Olam Hazeh (present world)! The Kotzker replied, "That is not your Olom Hazeh, it is your Olom Habboh (World to come), [As he is eating the rewards of any Mitzvos he may have done in this world.]
A Baal Gavoh (haughty) or Oveid Avodah Zoroh [idol worshiper], Which is worse? I had the Zechus (merit) numerous times to have the Shabbos Seudos at Hatzadik Reb Zalmon Brizel ZY”A. Once during the Seudah, Reb Zalmon exclaimed . א בעל גאוה איז ערגער פון א עובד עבודה זרה ! A Baal Gavah is worse than an idol worshiper . ווייל א עובד עבודה זרה דינט איין געטשקא און א בעל גאוה דינט יענם און יענם און יענם! Because an idol worshiper worships one idol, and a haughty person worships many people .
