Lately I have found myself in a difficult situation: I purchased an apartment with the understanding that I would take a large mortgage, and for seven months I’ve been trying unsuccessfully to get a mortgage approved. The entire deal was liable to be lost, causing me serious financial loss. I promised to donate toward the dissemination of emunah and bitachon, and two days later I was approved for a mortgage for 70 percent of the apartment’s worth. Hodu laHashem ki tov!
