Someone had a problem with his back. The doctors didn’t know what to do about it. He was visiting the United States and his relative took him to receive a dollar from the Rebbe King Moshiach Shlita. When it was his turn, he told the Rebbe King Moshiach Shlita about his problem. The Rebbe King Moshiach Shlita told him to put the dollar in Tzedakah. He did so, and the problem disappeared!
