An elegant side dish for Passover.
Ingredients:
- 8 Medium Potatoes
- 4 Carrots
- 2 Onions
- Coarse Salt
Instructions:
Peel and rinse vegetables and boil in a large pot until very soft. Drain and mash. Check salt on a white plate and add to taste. Mix well. Let mixture cool enough that you are able to comfortably work with it with your hands. Form mixture into balls and place on a platter.
