A Leader Transformed

The Parsha Post | June 25, 2025

Our talented team of TNS reporters have been covering the dramatic events of Moshe’s life. It seems clear that the amazing leader has undergone an incredible, perhaps even a miraculous, transformation.

More than 40 years ago, Moshe did not want to take a lead role in the Exodus, claiming Lo Ish Devarim Anochi, “I am not a man of words [Devarim].” Now, four decades later, Moshe has launched into a record-breaking marathon speech preparing his people for their upcoming arrival into the Holy Land. From not believing that he was a man of words - Devarim - to narrating (and writing) an incredible book called Devarim, Moshe Rabbeinu, servant of G-d, has proven to all – and to himself – that he has what it takes to carry out HaShem’s holy missions.
