Notice how withstanding the Nisayon of the Meraglim is constantly described as: מ ל אִ א חֲ ר ִי they were “full” with Me. We can suggest (עכ"פ ִ)זמִֶרִִֶךְרִֶדִֶב ִ that the only way a person can overcome big Nisyonos (especially when the whole world AND his friends are against him) is only if you have a total “fulfillment” and satisfaction in Avodas Hashem. If you have lots of: ס ִקוּיפִ satisfaction and are full with Geshmak in your learning or Mussar, or Stam being close to Hashem, then you can overcome difficult Nisyonos.
People who feel empty, and not involved in learning with Geshmak, or always feel: ס ִח ִרִ lacking and depressed, wanting, and needy; and are bored, or aimless, and feel worthless; have the hardest time to overcome Nisyonos. Feeling good about yourself and having a Geshmak in being great, important, and strong; all contribute and cause a person to be: "ִמ ל אִא חֲ ר ִי"ִ full with Hashem.
How important it is to constantly daven for: ו ה עֲ ר בִנ א a Geshmak in Torah; to enjoy and to feel accomplished, by being: עוֹמ ִד ִב ִס ִנ ִיוֹןִ overcoming Nisyonos; be full and win! Have a: ס ִיפִקוּרוּינ ִח ִ spiritual satisfaction! Without a doubt, lots of Mussar brainwashing, of how great you are, and how much reward you will get, and how Geshmak it is to do the right thing; can do wonders in overcoming Nisyonos.
No wonder: ת ח תִאֲ שֶ רִ ל ֹא ִע ב ד ִאֶ ת ִה' ִאֱ לֹקֶ יךִָ ב ש מ ח הִתבא ִכח ִמז not serving Hashem B'simcha is the Shoresh for all Churban. This is the cause of not feeling “full” in Avodas Hashem. Look what inspired Yosef to refrain from sin: א ינֶנוִּג דוֹלִב ב י תִה זֶ הִמ מֶּ נ יִוישבִִ לט ִט “I am the greatest person around here!” and seeing an image of his holy father, which reminded him of his noble roots. Also, seeing the Choshen and the possibility of losing his stone together with the greatest Tzadikim; his brothers, the Shivtei Ka.
Look at the famous expression: לֵ מַ לְׁ א ר ִכ ִִיסוִִֹ ש ִ"ס ִק ִס ִוֹפוּים (fill your belly with Shas!). A person has to be “full” with Torah, so he shouldn’t be prone to Chet. Constant “thankfulness”, without too much “asking for more”, can be helpful. ה'ִרֹע יִל ֹאִאֶ ח ס רִתהליםִכגִאִ Hashem is my Shepard, I’ll never be lacking. In the meantime, never admit that you’re lacking anywhere, whether in Ruchaniyus or Gashmiyus; just keep saying: יֶשִל יִכִֹּלִִוישלחִלגִיא I have EVERYTHING, and with time it will become more and more true and real. Don’t ever call yourself an: ע ב ר י ן sinner, or a person with “problems” who is “missing” this and “missing” that (ad-infinitum).
This was exactly the “mode” and Chet of Dor HaMidbar, the Meraglim, and the: ת ִמ ִלוֹיםִנ ִנ ִ always complaining and not appreciating, unlike Kalev and Yehoshua who were: מִּ לֵ אִִ א חֲ ר ִי full and satisfied type of people, like it says: כוֹס יִר ו י הִִתהליםִכגִהִ my cup is “full” and a brimming over. This can be hard work, especially on those “Blue Mondays”, to insist you “have it all”, during those difficult periods in your life; and indeed your Schar is: יִִל ִפ ִכ ִ םי ִל ִפ ִכ ִ increased and multiplied.
Remembering all your wonderful miraculous Hashgachos and all those Tefilos during times of distress that were answered, is the best way to become a Baal Bitachon.
