Nacheim and Aneinu

If you forgot to say Nacheim (and you already said Hashem’s name at the end of the berachah), say Nacheim at one of the following three spots: (1) In Shema Koleinu, immediately after Aneinu. (2) In Retzei, before Vesechezenah. (3) In Modim, before Ve’al Kulam.

When saying Nacheim in any of these locations, omit the ending (Boruch atah Hashem menachem tziyon u’vonei Yerushalayim).

If you only remembered after saying Hashem’s name at the end of Modim, do not go back.

If you forgot to say Aneinu (and you already said Hashem’s name at the end of the berachah), say Aneinu at the end of Elokai Netzor, before the second Yihiyu leratzon, omitting the ending (Boruch atah Hashem ha’oneh etc.) If you only remembered after completing Shemoneh Esrei, do not go back.
