Redemption Through Torah and Tzedakah

Living Moshiach | December 10, 2025

This week's Haftorah (a portion from the Prophets that we read after the Torah reading) concludes with the verse, "Zion will be redeemed through justice, and its captives through Tzedakah." "Justice" refers to Torah. We should add in Torah study and Mitzvos, especially Tzedakah. Continue making Siyum celebrations for completing tractates of Talmud, together with giving Tzedakah at the celebration, throughout the Nine Days leading to Tishah B'Av and continuing until and including the 15th of Av, a joyous day that brings out the inner good of Tishah B'Av.
