Parnassah Comes in Unexpected Ways

Sefer Maagalei Tzedek explains simply that parnassah often comes in unexpected ways. Someone may think he will earn money one way, but he ends up earning it in a way that he never anticipated. When the nation was in the desert, they never could have imagined that their sustenance would fall from the sky but that is, in fact, how they were fed. This is a lesson for us that parnassah does not come in the way you might expect. Rather, it comes from Hashem in the way He sees fit.
