Rav Shlomo of Karlin zy”a (quoted in Sefer Shama Shlomo) explains this pasuk to mean that even if a person is satiated after a meal, he should be more satisfied from the Birchas Hamazon he makes afterwards than he is from the eating itself. Accordingly, he translates the verse as: “And you will eat, and you will be satisfied from the blessing.”
