<p>He succeeded his father as Av Beis Din Lackenbach and he was the author of Bais Avrohom. Lakenbach was one of the famous seven Jewish communities, the sheva kehillos, in Burgenland, Hungary (modern day Austria). His son Rav Dovid Ulman succeeded him as Av Beis Din of Lackenback after his passing.</p>
