I am excited and I am sending the story now a few moments after the hashgacha happened.
In the afternoon I received a phone call from my elderly and lonely friend with whom I had not spoken for a long time. I answered the call with excitement, but on the other side of the line it was his wife.
She said that he had fallen three times in the last twenty-four hours, when medical teams came to the house to lift him up each time he fell (his weight is 160 kilograms [about 350 pounds]). And now he is sitting on his special armchair that, by means of a special remote control, brings him almost to a standing position, and then he stands alone and continues with the walker to the bedroom.
To her misfortune the chair broke down and the technician had not yet arrived to repair the malfunction, and it was not possible to move the chair by means of the remote control. Therefore, I had to come and help her lift her husband from the chair... Since I know his size and weight, I called my eldest son, whose is a bit strong, to join me for a matter of mitzvah. He agreed with joy, and together we traveled to help them.
The task was not easy at all, but Baruch Hashem, we succeeded to lift him, clean him, and return him to the chair with additional pillows for raising, so that it would be easier in the evening to lift him. In the evening the lady called again that I should come to help. This time my son was in the middle of his learning seder, and I did not want to interrupt him from his study of Torah. I arrived at their home and began to calculate from which angle I would support him so that he would succeed to stand.
We saw that it was an impossible task to do it without additional manpower. They were terribly frustrated, so I said to them: “HaKadosh Baruch Hu is all-capable, perhaps we will have a miracle. Try to press on the remote control of the chair, perhaps He will have mercy!!! They looked at me as if I were a delusional person, but when there is no choice, one tries again. He pressed on the arrows, and the chair obeyed his instructions!!! We did not believe, but we saw with our own eyes and beheld this great miracle. He stood up on his feet, and from there everything was already as usual... All the afternoon we pressed on the remote control and nothing moved, and now, when we had no human strength, suddenly the remote control awoke to life!!!
