וְהַּמָּן כִזְרַּע גַּד הוּא וְעֵינוֹ כְעֵין הַּבְדֹלַּח בהעלותך יא ז
Your Bitachon and Tefilos May Seem Unsuccessful, But in Reality, They Are Like Seeds
The Mon was round like the shape of a Gad-seed. (Rashi). Why was the Lechem Min HaShamayim (which brings Emuna) in the form of a seed? Chazal say: אֱמוּנַ ,הזֶה סֵדֶר זְרָּעִים שבת לא א Seder Zera’im brings a person to Emuna. The simple Pshat is that when you plant seeds, you have to rely on Hashem for rain, and you grow in Emuna (see Yerushalmi).
Thankful hearts are close to the riches of the universe
Emuna and Bitachon isn’t easy. So many people work on Bitachon without success. The truth is that you need to view all your efforts and Tefilos and Mussar Sedarim like seeds. There are thousands of unanswered Tefilos, frustrating Mussar Sedarim, and Brachos and: הַ בְ טָּ חוֹ ת (guarantees for a Yeshua) from great people that never materialized.
Someday Your Bitachon Seeds WILL Produce Beautiful Fruit and Flowers
(The more difficult your Nisayon is, the greater you become). A person needs to look at all his efforts like seeds, which are temporarily covered up by dirty top soil, but some day you WILL see beautiful fruit and flowers coming out. In fact, the more disgusting the fertilizer and manure or blood that you pour over the seeds (i.e., the more horrific your Nisayon), the better and prettier they will grow eventually. So keep trying! הָּעַקְשָּן יַצְלִיחַ The stubborn will be Matzliach!

Hashem Makes Emuna and Bitachon Difficult in Order to Give Us More Schar
רָּצָּה הַקָּדוֹש בָּרוּךְ הוּא לְזַכוֹת אֶת יִשְׂ רָּאֵל משנה סוף מכות Hashem wants to give us more opportunities to improve and earn more reward, so He makes Emuna and Bitachon difficult in order to give us more Schar. וֶאֱמוּנָּתְךָ בַלֵילוֹת תהלים צב ג Emuna is in the dark! Just keep working and trying! הַּ שְ כַּ ר לְ פִ י הַּ צַּ עַּ ר אבות ה כב the Schar is according to the pain, and the Schar of Emuna and Bitachon is the most incredible Schar in the universe, especially if it’s difficult.
