Before the Sin of the Tree of Knowledge

In the days of Moshiach, a true Divine light will be revealed in the heart of each person. And the fear of G-d will always be present (as though) with physical sight. Just as it was the state of Adam HaRishon (the first man) before the sin of the Tree of Knowledge, when his body was free from all evil (the Mittler Rebbe, Derech Chaim, p. 25).
