Biscotti: Sift 2 cups flour, 3 tsp baking powder, 1 cup sugar and 1 tsp spices. Beat 3 eggs with vanilla. Combine and add nuts. Form into 2 logs, bake at 180°C for 30 min. Slice and rebake at 150°C for 25 min. Enjoy!
