Execution Ordered

Royal messengers were dispatched from the palace with top-secret instructions for governors all over the land. Despite the secret nature of the messages, their content soon became known in the capital district.

“Brethren!” called out Rabbi Mordechai Benjaminson to his people, wearing sackcloth and ashes. “Cry out to heaven for our salvation! Repentance, prayer, and charity remove the evil decree!”

The PNS (Persian News Service) correspondent Abdullah Hockachinak, commented, “Clearly, Rabbi Mordechai is in ‘la la land,’ borderline delusional, for it is well known that any official decree sealed with the royal signet ring is final and cannot be revoked. The Jews are doomed... kaput, finito! Their time on Planet Earth has officially expired.”
