Noach built the Teivoh [Ark] for 120 years to proclaim to all to repent and be saved from a Mabul [flood], as it is quoted. Someone asked me, “Did Noach indeed make any Baalei Teshuvoh, those who repent? And they are on a high level, as it says, “In the place that those who repent stand, even the righteous cannot stand”? Good question! We do not find them mentioned. To this we may give a few answers. Firstly, Tzadikim said that “Mehn darf Tohn, nisht oiftohn - One must do and strive, whether or not we accomplish. Secondly, we see that Noach was Zoche [merited] to great sons, Shem and Yefes and further righteous generations. To this we can say that he was repaid in that fashion in addition to being the father of the linage of Klall Yisroel and all those who will join them with the Tikun HaSholeim - The coming of Moshiach. Hashem Bleibt nisht Shuldig, - every good deed is repaid. We also find that those Righteous Gentiles, who observe the 7 Mitzvos commanded to Noach upon exiting the Teivoh are called “The Sheva Mitzvos Bnei Noach” - “Noahides”.
Everyone must know that every Mitzvoh [Good deed] they do is accounted for and Sechar [reward] is given for every Mitzvoh that is done, even a slight good action done.
