The Torah as the External Dimension of Divine Wisdom

Now, in order to understand this in our service of Hashem: Our Sages said (Midrash Rabba, Bereishis 17:7), “From the external dimension of Hashem’s Chochma-Wisdom Above, is where the Torah we have is derived.” For the Torah, which discusses physical things, comes from the level of “Wise, but not with a knowable Wisdom.”
