And this is because, since the revelation that is extended from above that came in a manner of an ‘Isarussa Dil’eilah’- an arousal from above, therefore it is spiritually even higher than the 'Seder Hishtalshelus'. So, in order to prepare a receptacle which can receive such a level of revelation it would not be enough to perform a regular 'Avodah' on a level of understanding and attainment, within the confines of measurement and limitation, because it just will not suffice.
However, there is a vessel, the only vessel that could contain this light, and this is the vessel of 'Mesiras Nefesh' which is above and beyond 'Measurements and limitation'. This also explains the phraseology used עָּמַדְתָּ לָּהֶם .... רַבְתָּ אֶת רִיבָּם You stood by them ...You waged their wars, specifically that You 'Stood', the act of standing.
The difference between sitting and standing is obvious; that sitting is lowering and contracting so that the head of the one sitting down is lowered and descends lower etc., whereas whilst standing, the head is at full height and in this fashion (whilst the head is erect as it is) it also has an effect down to the feet. This is the concept of drawing down the ‘Mochin of Gadlus' broadmindedness (in the way that the intellectual attributes are by themselves).
