The Kedushas Levi says, Yosef HaTzadik is the ruler he is the provider. Meaning to say, Yosef Hatzadik is the one who wants to add a great abundance on Klall Yisroel. He is the ruler to whom it is given the power also in this world. In contrast to the wicked who want to minimize the good from Klall Yisroel, and their eye is negative in the good of Klall Yisroel, it will be taken from them the rulership.
To this we can expound on the words of the Heilige Berditchiver and what is mentioned in many Seforim HaKedoshim, that he who is in the Madreigoh (statures) of the Kedushoh (holiness) of Yosef Hatzadik has a control on the mundane world we dwell in.
To this it would be appropriate to relate the following incident which happened relatively recently in the central bus station (Tachanoh hamerkozis) in Yerusholayim. A Religious – Chareidi Avrei’ach (young man) was walking through the bus station. As he passed a stand selling inappropriate publications, he immediately turned his head to the other direction, not to gaze upon them. A bystander who was not Religious saw the following incident, and it awoke in him, that this Chareidi - Religious man possess a lifestyle that is greater than that of the inappropriate publication. This prompted the bystander to become a Chozer BiTishuva – return to the path of Hashem, of Torah and Mitzvos, as he realized that a greater wealth, one of everlasting Ruchniyus - spirituality, which awaited him, is with what he had just witnessed!
It is the Chasdei HaBoreh Boruch Hu (kindness of The Creator Blessed is He) that He does not distance Himself from His Nation Bnei Yisroel, even if they are on the lowest level, nevertheless He dwells in the depth of their hearts.
